What you will work on…
Our Market Managers truly own their business and territory assigned. We empower them to plan and maintain expected sales business plans. Our Market Managers are responsible to identify opportunities of sales growth by educating Surgeons, Physical Therapists, and Patients about our most effective devices. You will be able to plan your day with assistance from your leaders that maximizes your time. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders to ensure patient satisfaction and business objectives are being met!

Possess an understanding or willingness to learn Orthopedic market dynamics. We are looking for Market Managers who have experience or listed accomplishments of building local market areas. Ermi values our relationships with our Surgeons, Physical Therapists, and Patients. We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills and wants to focus on our long-term relationships with our partners. If you have 1-2 years of outside sales, a demonstrated history of successful account management, this is a great opportunity professionally and financially. Recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to join our team!
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
