The Therminater™ is a powerful and compact device that uses thermoelectric technology to provide cooling and heating therapy where and when you need it, without the use of ice. The device satisfies a clear, unmet clinical need targeted localized, non-opioid therapy with consistent temperature management.

Safe Temperatures and Therapeutic Temperatures
Cold
- Cold induces vasoconstriction, reducing blood flow and increasing blood viscosity.
- Lowering skin temperature to 50-59°F achieves therapeutic pain and swelling reduction by decreasing intra-articular temperatures.
Heat
- Local heat application dilates blood vessels, boosting blood flow to and from the area.
- Therapeutic range: 104-113.9°F, with tissue damage linked to the upper end of this range.
