What you will work on…

Our Market Managers truly own their business and territory assigned. We empower them to plan and maintain expected sales business plans. Our Market Managers are responsible to identify opportunities of sales growth by educating Surgeons, Physical Therapists, and Patients about our most effective devises. You will be able to plan your day with assistance from your leaders that maximizes your time. You will partner with a variety of stakeholders to ensure patient satisfaction and business objectives are being met!

You may be a fit for this role if you…

Possess an understanding or willingness to learn Orthopedic market dynamics. We are looking for Market Managers who have experience or listed accomplishments of building local market areas. Ermi values our relationships with our Surgeon, Physical Therapist, and Patients. We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills and wants to focus on our long term relationships with our partners. If you have 1-2 years of outside sales, a demonstrated history of successful account management, this is a great opportunity professionally and financially. Recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to join our team!
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Account Management Specialist II

What you will work on…

An Account Management Specialist II is responsible for every step of the order process from the time they receive the order to the time order is forwarded for billing. This involves timely and accurate: entry of necessary data, completion of benefit verification, pre-certification, and authorization; and forwarding orders for billing. In this process customer care is of the utmost importance, independent rep training or re-training may be needed, and a variety of additional functions might be required for the department to function productively and efficiently.

You may be a fit for this role if you…

Graduated from high school and have a passion to help others. The experience for this role is two years in the medical and workers compensation field. Provided you have worked in a medical office with a knowledge of insurance and billing. You need to be computer literate in a Windows environment, with knowledge of medical terminology and are able to clearly communicate written and verbal instructions. You will be managing multiple tasks and need to be able to prioritize effectively.
